Invite clients
Control invitations, portal access and client visibility.
An invitation gives an external person limited access to the client portal, not automatically to the whole workspace. Verify recipient and permissions before sending.
Prepare the invitation
Select the correct client, enter the business email address and assign the intended portal role. Avoid shared accounts when individual traceability is required.
What the client sees
Access depends on shared documents, reports and requests. Internal comments, other clients and administrative areas must remain hidden.
Manage access
Review acceptance status and last activity. Remove or block access after role changes, project end or an incorrect recipient, and record security-relevant changes.
