Where to download tax receipts and why test payments stay separate.

Payment receipt and validation report are different documents. Billing provides only receipts that match the confirmed transaction and payment mode.

Find the receipt

Open Billing or the related purchase and select the confirmed payment. A receipt is available only after provider status has been processed and the transaction matched unambiguously.

Check the details

Verify provider, amount, currency, date, buyer data and tax information. Do not edit an invoice PDF manually; use the designated support process for incorrect billing data.

Test payments

Sandbox, mock or demo payments do not create real revenue and should not receive a tax-relevant receipt. Their marking must remain visible in the interface and exports.
