Set up a workspace

Prepare workspace, country, profile and initial team structure.

A workspace is the organisational boundary for users, clients, documents, reviews and billing. A careful initial setup prevents the wrong country rules or permissions from being applied later.

Create the workspace

Choose a clear name, select the primary usage context and review the organisation settings. Mark demo workspaces clearly and do not use them for real documents.

Prepare team and roles

Invite only people who require access. Assign owner, administrator and member permissions by responsibility; client access is managed separately through the client portal.

Before the first upload

Verify country, tax profile, time zone and billing. Then upload a test invoice and confirm that the document, review queue and activity record appear in the correct workspace.
