The canonical invoice model combines data from PDF, OCR, XML and manual corrections. It is the internal working basis for validation and export, not the original document itself.

Why one common model

Source formats name fields differently. Dynafis maps supplier, recipient, lines, taxes, totals and references into a consistent structure so rules can work across formats.

Origin and assurance

Fields may come from structured data, text recognition or manual entry. Source, confidence and changes should remain traceable before approval.

From model to export

An export generator maps approved values into the target format. Missing mandatory fields or inconsistent totals block or flag output according to the selected rule profile.
