XML artefacts

Which XML outputs are generated and how they should be reviewed.

XML artefacts are structured outputs generated from the approved invoice model. They must be clearly labelled with format, version and target profile.

Generate the artefact

Choose the target format and generate XML only after reviewing the data. Dynafis should check mandatory fields, code lists and totals before release.

Do not edit without control

Manual changes outside the portal break the audit connection. Correct the invoice model instead and generate a new versioned artefact.

Validation and storage

Keep validation report, generation time and profile with the file. Before official submission, also use the currently required target validator.
