Data storage

How documents, extractions and artefacts are logically stored.

Dynafis stores original documents, structured working data and logs only according to function, contract and configured retention. The actual storage location depends on the production deployment.

Data created

The original may be accompanied by extracted fields, findings, corrections, reports, exports and audit records. Payment data is processed separately from invoice content.

Tenant separation

Every query and file action must be bound to workspace, client and role. Share links or portal access must open only the intended scope.

Verify transparency

Use the Trust Center, privacy notice and contract for confirmed hosting region, subprocessors and retention. Unverified infrastructure details must not be presented as guarantees.
