Understand export packages

How Dynafis bundles reviewed outputs for handover.

An export package bundles selected invoices, structured files, tables, reports and a manifest for a defined period or client.

Define scope

Select client, period, status and target format. Exclude drafts, demo data or unresolved invoices when the recipient expects approved data only.

Understand the manifest

The manifest records included files, IDs, creation time and validation status. It supports completeness and later matching but is not a signature or delivery receipt.

Handover the package

Review samples, file count and totals before download or transfer. Use a protected channel and record recipient confirmation separately.
