Monitor individual checks, reports, payments and credits administratively.
Micro-check administration is used to analyse processing, payment and retention status without exposing unnecessary document content.
Find the check
Search by check ID, time, status or related payment. Do not use full invoice content as a logging or search criterion.
Separate statuses
Distinguish upload, preview result, report, payment and unlock. Each stage can fail separately; retries should remain idempotent.
Retention and support
Anonymous artefacts are deleted automatically. For a support case, verify ID and status and access content only when justified.
