The administration area is intended for technical and operational platform management. It is separate from normal workspace use and should be limited to a small number of authorised people.

Access and responsibility

Use individual admin accounts, strong authentication and MFA where available. Do not share administrative roles for everyday document processing.

Operational overview

Review users, workspaces, payments, usage, system health and support cases. Make targeted changes and retain an audit record.

Secure operation

Avoid unnecessary customer-data exports and mask provider identifiers in views. During incidents, determine scope and cause before manually changing jobs, payments or data.
