System health

Check storage, workers, payment providers and critical states.

System Health shows whether key Dynafis services respond and queues can process jobs. The public status and internal diagnosis intentionally expose different levels of detail.

Liveness and readiness

Liveness confirms that the API process runs. Readiness also checks required dependencies such as the database and Redis; if one fails, the public core application reports limited readiness.

Internal diagnosis

In administration, check database, cache/queue, worker, storage and error rates. A green API status alone does not prove that uploads or background jobs work completely.

During an incident

Identify the affected component, review container state and logs, and avoid repeated restarts without a cause. Record start, impact, action and recovery in the incident history.
