Check ZUGFeRD / Factur-X

Detect PDF/XML hybrid invoices and assess their structured part.

ZUGFeRD and Factur-X combine a readable PDF/A file with embedded structured XML. Both parts must match; embedded XML alone does not make a correct hybrid invoice.

Identify the hybrid file

Check the PDF type, embedded XML file and declared profile. Visible invoice and structured data should contain the same numbers, dates, parties, lines and totals.

Technical check

Dynafis checks available PDF, XML and profile properties together with the selected format rules. Differences between visible document and XML are especially important and require a decision.

Regenerate instead of patching

Correct approved invoice data and regenerate the hybrid file. Manually replacing embedded XML can damage PDF/A properties or traceability.
