Review AI suggestions

How suggestions are accepted, rejected or corrected traceably.

AI suggestions assist with explaining, matching and completing unclear invoice data. They are labelled as suggestions and must not silently overwrite critical values.

Suggestion and source

Open the explanation and check which document location, rule or existing master data supports it. If no reliable source exists, keep the decision open.

Accept, edit or reject

Accept only when the suggestion matches the original and context. Adjust an evidenced difference or reject the suggestion; the decision should remain visible in the history.

Limits of AI

AI must not present itself as tax advice or approve an official submission. Country rules, contracts, supply dates and exceptional cases still require professional responsibility.
